A Spanish breakfast

Breakfast is simple and local. Toast with grated tomato and olive oil, fresh orange juice, eggs from the neighbours and coffee as strong as you like.

You can make breakfast yourself in the kitchen, or we set it out on the terrace at nine. Just let us know the evening before.

In October the sunsets above the ridge are at their best.

An old mule track starts just behind the cortijo. A morning walk to the ridge.

With no light pollution you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye.
